Food to eat in early pregnancy..


Pregnancy is most beautiful pharse of women life. Its like a sweet poisen which every women wants to drink. Mood swing, pain, nausea, breast pain,etc but still every mother loved it. After marriage every month women hope for positive result but get disappoint, when strip shows one.

"Happiest moment after marriage is two pink line on strip"

After struggling, trying hard, when women get positive result,she  started getting worried.
In early pregnancy women appetite get less.
Due to less appetite surely women feel weak. But some time pregnant women carved for her favorite food, or something she want food which she doesn't like earlier before pregnancy. 

So every women think what should i eat?

Here are some drinks, food you can have it during most beautiful period of life.

Poha:- 

Without adding mustard seed, lady can eat poha. Its easy to digest. Less oily, less salt, and less chillies.

Dal:-

In pregnancy, constipation problem increase, as dal is also light food and easy to digest, so one can eat dal rice.

Fruits:- 

Apples- Apple contain high amount of iron, increase blood, and contain lots of vitamins. Eat apple once in a day. 

Berries- Strawberries, blue berries, black berries contain high amount of vitaminC, 
Fiber, potassium, folate. You can add berries in your salad or can blend into smooth smothie. 

Banana- Banana help to gain weight, and contain high amount of calcium. Banana help in devolpment of baby's brain and spinal cord but not lots of banana. 
Consult your docter before having it.


MILK

Milk -  Having lot of milk can lead to indigestion. You can surely have milk or other dairy products in moderate rate as its contain protein. One can drink at least two cup of milk a day.


VEGETABLES

Eat green leaf vegetables but avoid fenugreek leaf. In green vegetables one can have cabbage, cauliflower, ladyfingers,spinach leaves. But avoid eating fenugreek leaf.

 ENERGY DRINK

Nutrition shake, argipreg, mother horlicks, above are some drinks which help in devolpment of baby and keeps mother healthy, but consult your docter before starting any of these.
