Food to avoid in early pregnancy.

Hiii ladies..

Hope you are doing well. So early in pregnancy, before eating anything only one thought pop up in mind, should i eat this? Should this food can effect my baby? 

  So will discuss about some food which are harmful in early pregnancy. Food which should be avoided, when you planned a pregnancy.

  Some dangerous food in early pregnancy

1. Papaya 
 
 Having papaya or papaya juice can lead you to miscarriage. Papaya contain a latex substance that may cause contractions of utrerus. Some use papaya to abort early pregnancy too.

2. High mercury fish

   Sharkh, tuna ,swordfish, etc are high in mercury. Pregnant women, women who are trying to concieve, should avoid eating fish high in mercury. It can cause miscarriage or it can lead to bleeding in early pregnancy.

3. Raw Egg

  Raw egg should be avoided in first trimester. 

That doesn't mean you should avoid eating egg. One can eat fully cooked egg with chappati alternate days in pregnancy. Egg contain proteins and nutritions. But make sure egg should be cooked properly. 


                 *BUT NO RAW EGGS*

3.Raw Meat or chicken.

  If you are having chicken or mutton first of all clean it and wash properly with clean water. Then cooked it well until it become very soft. Try to eat in limitations.

4. Caffeine

  Early in pregnancy or if you are trying to get pregnant, avoid drinking tea, coffee, or anything that contains caffeine. 

5. Pineapples

Pineapples have a high bromelian 
content which is an enzymes that soften the crevix and can also trigger urine contraction. Eating pineapples in large quantity can lead to dehydration and dierrhea.

6. Roadside food

 Avoid eating roadside food, as its not hygienic. Yes women craved for  road side in early pregnancy, but one can avoid eating roadside food.

7.  Unwashed food

 Remember to wash fruit or vegetables before eating, as its have lot of germ. 

8. Sugar

High blood sugar levels early in thepregnancy (before 13 weeks) can cause birth defects. They also can increase the risks of miscarriage and diabetes-related complications. But many women don't know they're pregnant until the baby has been growing for 2 to 4 weeks.

9. Medicines 

   In pregnancy, you will find many changes in your body, such as pain, vomiting, cold, etc  but please don't take any medicine. 

  Before talking any medicine consult your doctor first. Don't take any pills available at home without your doctor advice. 

   Eat health, take rest and enjoy your precious journey of pregnancy.
